GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PERFORMANCE START TIMES
Audience members are advised to arrive at the Theatre at least 15 minutes before the performance start time. Acoustic announcements are made 15, 10 and 5 minutes before the performance begins. Admission to the auditorium once the performance has started is not permitted, except at the discretion of the Management and front-of-house staff. Latecomers will in any case forfeit their assigned seats and may be seated in lower-price category seats, without entitlement to any refund.
SUBSCRIPTION DATE EXCHANGE AND FORGOTTEN FIXED-SEAT SUBSCRIPTIONS
For performances scheduled on multiple dates, fixed-seat subscription holders may request a change of performance date, including by phone, no later than the day before their scheduled performance. Changes are subject to seat availability and incur a fee (€2.00). Once issued, exchange tickets cannot be cancelled. Subscribers who arrive without their subscription card must contact the box office in good time and present a valid ID. Access to the Theatre will be granted upon payment of a €2.00 administrative fee.
PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR COMPANIONS
The Theatre offers a courtesy admission (ranging from €2.00 to €6.00) to companions assisting patrons with a 100% disability, upon presentation of valid certification. Ticket prices for patrons with disabilities correspond to the selected seating section. For wheelchair users, the Theatre provides six dedicated spaces in the raised stalls area, available at a reduced fixed price, as well as six reserved parking spaces in the internal car park (on via Trento). Seats in the auditorium and parking spaces may be reserved by emailing biglietteria@teatroudine.it
CHILDREN
Children under the age of 5 are not admitted to the auditorium, except for performances or events specifically intended for their age group or unless otherwise authorised by the Management. Admission without a valid ticket and assigned seat is not permitted under any circumstances.
SOLD OUT PERFORMANCES
Even when performances are sold out in the days prior, any seats that become available may be released for sale on the day of the performance: from 7:00 pm for evening performances or one hour before the start time for matinees. Subscribers are kindly requested to inform the box office (tel. (+39) 0432 248418), even at short notice, if they are unable to attend a performance included in their subscription, so that their seats may be made available.
INSTALMENT PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
At the box office, it is possible to request payment of “Prosa - 8 Spettacoli” and/or “Musica – 8 Concerti” subscriptions in two instalments: 50% upon collection of the subscription and 50% by 31 December 2025. Failure to pay the second instalment by the due date will result in suspension of admission rights until payment is completed.
CLOAKROOM
The cloakroom service is free of charge. Umbrellas, hats, large bags, cameras, and audio/video recording devices must be deposited. The deposit of coats, fur coats, jackets, and bulky garments is optional but recommended.
Money and valuables must not be left in deposited items. The Theatre declines all responsibility for theft or loss of such items. Responsibility is assumed only for items officially deposited in the cloakroom; no liability is accepted for unattended belongings.
