On advance booking opening days (2 September, 2 and 9 October, and 4 December), the box office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
On Tuesday 28 October, the box office desks are open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS AT THE BOX OFFICE
Cash, debit cards, credit cards, Satispay, Carta Cultura and Carta del Docente (Carta Cultura and Carta del Docente may only be used by the registered holder).
Providing personal details at the time of purchase is recommended in order to receive any updates regarding programme changes. In the event of loss, subject to a self-declaration, registration of personal details allows ticket holders to reclaim their assigned seat at a cost of €5.00 as an administrative fee. Personal data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy regulations.
CARTE CULTURA AND CARTA DEL DOCENTE
Teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine is an authorised provider for the use of Carte Cultura and Carta del Docente for the purchase of tickets and subscriptions at the theatre box office. For information on how to access these benefits, please visit: cartegiovani.cultura.gov.it and cartadeldocente.istruzione.it.
Both cards can also be used for online purchases. In the event of delays by the the Italian Ministry of Education and Merit (Ministero dell’Istruzione e del Merito) in reactivating the Carta del Docente, subscribers wishing to make changes to their subscription may do so during the “Subscription Changes" period by requesting a special payment extension from the theatre box office. Tickets purchased using the Carta Cultura or Carta del Docente must be issued no later than 60 minutes before the start of the performance, in order to avoid possible delays due to connection issues with the website of the the Italian Ministry of Education.
Please note that, in accordance with current regulations, tickets and subscriptions purchased with these bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered holder.

The Theatre Box Office answers phone calls and emails from Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 am–12:00 pm and 5:00 pm–7:00 pm; Saturday, 5:00 pm–7:00 pm.
From 2 September to 1 October 2025 only (Subscription Campaign): Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 am–12:00 pm and 5:00 pm–7:00 pm.
Reservations are not available.
GROUP BOOKINGS OFFICE
Through its Group Bookings Office, the Theatre offers the possibility of purchasing tickets for Season performances at a reduced rate for groups of at least 10 people. A higher discount is applied to groups of more than 20 people. For each event, the Theatre reserves the right to limit the number of available seats.

SCHOOLS BOOKING OFFICE / SCHOOL GROUP TICKET
With the School Group Ticket, the Theatre promotes access to performances for primary and secondary school students. The School Group Ticket rate is reserved for groups of students accompanied by a teacher. Ticket prices and the minimum number of students required to qualify for the rate vary depending on the type of activity.

The number of available seats may vary for each event. Booking dates are indicated on the website www.teatroudine.it in the “Schools” section.
ONLINE PURCHASE
Tickets and subscriptions – both fixed-seat and flexible “ALBUM ROSSO” (full price only) – can be purchased from the homepage of this website in the Buy tickets and subscriptions online section. Tickets can also be purchased at the G Teatrocard rate. The Print@Home – Stampa Veloce (Fast Print) service allows you to print all tickets purchased online directly.
If tickets appear to be sold out online, please contact the box office to check for additional availability.
Online purchases of tickets and subscriptions are subject to an additional fee of €1.50 + VAT.
